West Element Construction was founded by Luke Golbeck. Luke began the company by providing the forming and framing services to a variety of residential projects.
Luke entered his construction career at a young age working for his Dad building and working on a range of residential projects. He transferred into the forming and framing side of building and had the opportunity to work on small to large residential and commercial projects.
